External Building Refurbishment Project
In 2011, we were instructed, as part of a dilapidations claim, to refurbish a large industrial building. The budget cost was in excess of £150,000.
The building is concrete construction and at the termination of the lease, the exterior was in poor condition, with peeling paint and evidence of dampness and general disrepair.
We managed the entire project, from initial specification of the works, calculating budget costs, running the tendering process, overseeing the works, acting as CDM coordinator and ensuring that all guarantees were issued and entered into the health and safety file.
The images in the gallery below show only the external works, though we were also responsible for the internal refurbishment as well as some asbestos removal.
