Condition Surveys

Asbestos Surveys

Since 2004, it has been a legal requirement for all commercial premises built before 2000, to have an asbestos register.

An asbestos asbestos survey is required if you don't already have an asbestos register in place. We work nationwide & internationally for landlords and tenants and can advise you on any asbestos issues in your building.

There are three types of asbestos survey: Management, Refurbishment and Demolition.

Drone Roof Surveys

We have our own in-house team of commercial drone pilots to undertake safe, remote inspections of commercial and industrial property roofs.

The inspections provide the client with high resolution video footage, defect-specific photographs and expert professional advice.

Our drone pilots are building surveyors. We do not appoint third party pilots and then add commentary like other practices, which means that our surveyors can identify defects on the day of the survey and comment immediately for more urgent assignments.
